Therapists are certified and experienced professionals
Therapist can do both inclinic treatments and/or home visit treatments
Therapists are hired on a per hour basis. You can utilize the therapist for the treatment anytime within the validity period.
For Ayurveda, certified ayurvedic therapists will be alloted. For physiotherapists, it can be any of BPT/MPT/IAP certified
Same therapist will be assigned for all the treatment sessions. Only if a particular therapist is unavailable, alternate therapist will be sent
Payment once made will not be refunded
Therapist will not carry any medicine items or disposable sheets. Physiotherapist would carry modalities like IFT, TENS, Muscle Simulator, Ultrasound if needed.
Treatment timings for therapist will start from 7 AM to 8 PM in the evening last slot
For Ayurvedic treatments, Male therapist will only be assigned for Male Patient. Female therapist will be assigned for Female patient.
Post your booking confirmation, it take 4 to 5 working days to assign a therapist and to start their first session
All schedules can be coordinated either directly to therapist or to Ayursh Customer Support
Therapists will be assigned based on the location needed. Therapist would travel upto 15kms radius if for any home treatments.
On your booking confirmation, therapist contact details will be shared to you. You can directly coordinate with therapist.
If any medicines required to be supplied for the treatment, Ayursh can supply treatment items or medicines to patient house before the start of treatment. Additional charges will be applicable for the medicines supplied.
To schedule each subsequent sessions, you have to let us or therapist know the schedule atleast 2 days prior
